DO YOU PROVIDE GIFT WRAPPING?
Each candle is nicely packed. We can also pack several candles together in one gift box - just leave a note in your order's comments. This service is free of charge.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Local orders: Cash on delivery or Zain Cash or CLIQ.
International orders: PayPal invoice. You will receive the invoice with the link to pay.
WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We have express delivery in Amman - you can receive your order the same day if all the items are in stock. A no-rush FREE (Amman only)Â is 1-2 working days. Other Jordanian cities - 2-4 working days. Other countries - 3-10 working days.
DO YOU OFFER REFILL?
Yes, you can refill the jars and tins. The refilled candles is 25% off their original cost.
You can also return the packaging. For each returned box you will get 0.5 point (equals 0.5 JD) that you can use a discount towards your next purchase.
DO YOU OFFER SUBSCRIPTIONS?
Yes, there is a subscription plan for 1 year. Each month you will receive a candle gift delivered, with a candle and a freebee from our partners.
You can choose the theme of the subscription according to your preference: Spirituality and Healing, Aromatherapy and Relaxation, Home Decoration, Mixed.

CAN I ORDER A GIFT TO BE DELIVERED TO SOMEONE?
Dropshipping - it's the delivery to the address other than the address of the person who orders. We can deliver your order to any address in Jordan or other country. Place your order, write 'PayPal invoice' in the order comments, specify the delivery address. We will send you the invoice to pay the order and the delivery (it will be in USD but you can pay in other currencies, no PayPal account is needed). As soon as the order is paid we will process the delivery. You will receive the proof of the delivery to WhatsApp or email.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do, to the majority of countries. If you don't see your country in the list - choose Jordan and write in the comments the correct delivery address. We will contact you to confirm the shipping cost. The international orders are shipped after payment. We will send you the PayPal invoice which can be paid in any currency, no PayPal account is needed for that.
